Only 121 yards, and every one of them over water to a green sitting at the foot of a huge terraced grass amphitheatre. The instinct is to club down, because the number is short and the pond looks enormous. That is the trap. Short is wet and gone. Long is fine, because the terraces gather the ball and the mown chute down the middle feeds it back toward the flag. The bravest shot here is the one that takes an extra club.
This hole is not real. Like every hole in the collection it was conjured with AI, a golf daydream rather than a course you can go and play. The thousands of courses in the Golf Handicapp app, however, are very real.
This one is make-believe. The thousands of courses in the app are not.
