Golfers in a clubhouse bar watching a live leaderboard on the big screen

Events, societies and corporate days

Your golf day,
live on the big screen.

Everyone scores on their phone as they play. Back in the clubhouse, the big screen brings it all to life. The easiest way to turn a society day, a work outing or a club comp into an event people actually talk about.

30-day free trial. No card needed to start.

The round comes alive in the clubhouse.

Fourballs spread across the course, everyone tapping in scores on their phone as they go. Nobody quite knows where they stand. Then the group drifts back to the bar and there it is on the big screen, every team and every score, updating in real time. The winner, the collapse on the back nine, the nearest the pin nobody saw coming. That is the moment. That is your event.

A golfer holding a phone showing the live leaderboard on the course

Score on your phone. Watch on the big screen.

Every golfer enters their own scores as they play, and the board updates live for the whole field. Cast it to the clubhouse TV so everyone coming in can see how the day is unfolding, and share a code so they can follow it on their phones too.

Built for every kind of golf day.

Society days

Your members, your formats, your board on the wall. All the big-event feel, without the spreadsheet and the maths at the bar.

Corporate and work days

Impress clients and reward the team. A live leaderboard on the screen makes a company golf day feel like a proper tournament.

Club competitions

From the midweek medal to the Captain's Cup, bring your comps to life on the clubhouse screen while the field is still out.

Golf trips

A running leaderboard across three days and three courses, live on the bar TV every evening as the group comes in.

Charity and fundraising days

Keep a big field engaged all day. The live board is the centrepiece, and the scoring takes care of itself.

Set it up in minutes, live all day.

1

Create your event

Pick the format, add players and teams, set handicaps. A few taps and you are ready.

2

Play and score

Every golfer enters their own scores on their phone as they play, hole by hole.

3

Put it on the screen

Open the leaderboard full screen and cast it to any clubhouse TV. It refreshes on its own.

4

Everyone follows

Share a code or QR so players and spectators can track it on their phones as well.

A leaderboard that is actually fun.

Live and instant

Scores appear the second they are entered. Positions move while the round is still out on the course.

Built for the big screen

A full-screen TV mode designed to be read across a busy clubhouse, paging through a big field on its own.

Follow anywhere

On the screen, or in your pocket. Anyone with the code or QR can watch the same live board from their phone.

Any format

Match play, stableford, stroke play and skins, singles or teams, with nearest the pin and longest drive for the side bets.

Handicaps done for you

Net standings use each player's real playing handicap, so a mixed-ability field competes fairly with no sums at the bar.

Counts toward WHS

A qualifying round played in your event updates each player's WHS handicap automatically. No double entry.

Event questions

How do I get the leaderboard onto the clubhouse TV?+

Open your event's leaderboard in a browser on any device connected to the screen and switch it to full screen mode. It fills the TV, refreshes on its own and pages through the field, so you set it once and leave it running all day. The easiest route is a streaming stick like an Amazon Fire Stick: load the board in its browser at home, take the stick to the club and plug it into a spare HDMI port on the clubhouse TV, if they are happy for you to. A laptop with an HDMI cable does the job just as well.

Can guests and spectators follow along on their phones?+

Yes. Every event has a share code and QR, so players and anyone watching can open the same live board on their own phone and follow it from the first tee to the prize-giving.

Is it good for a corporate or work golf day?+

It is one of the best uses. A live board on the screen turns a company day into a proper event, keeps everyone engaged between rounds and at the bar, and the scoring is handled for you so the organiser can enjoy the day too.

What formats does it support?+

Match play, stableford, stroke play and skins, played as singles or teams, plus nearest the pin and longest drive side games. Net scoring is built on each player's real playing handicap.

How much does it cost?+

Events are part of Golf Handicapp, which runs on a 30-day free trial with no card needed to start, so you can set up an event and see the whole big-screen experience before deciding.
