Bulk scorecard scanning
Photograph a stack of cards after a competition and the AI Scorecard Scanner reads every one, matches each card to a member and files the rounds. You check the list and confirm.
Club competitions
Run medals, Stablefords, match play and team events from the admin page or the app, with live leaderboards that members follow on their phones and you can put on the clubhouse TV.

We build your course card, create the club and the admin page, and send you a club code. Usually within two working days.
Members join
Members download Golf Handicapp, enter the club code, and they are in with Premium. Existing rounds can be added by the club or scanned in bulk.

Club questions
What does the club actually pay?+
One payment of £1,995 for the club. That covers every member you have, the admin page, the course card and support. There is no charge per member and no charge for members who join later.
Is there a limit on members?+
No. Every one of your members is entitled to a handicap managed by Golf Handicapp. A club with sixty members and a club with six hundred pay the same.
Do members pay anything?+
Nothing. Premium is switched on for every member who joins with the club code, for as long as the club is with us.
Is this an official WHS handicap?+
Golf Handicapp works out a WHS style handicap index using the same method: the best eight of the last twenty score differentials, course rating and slope for the tees played. It is a handicap your club manages and publishes. Official handicaps issued by a national union are a separate thing, and if your members have one of those they can keep it alongside.
Can the club enter rounds on behalf of members?+
Yes. From the admin page a club administrator can add a round to any member's record, or scan a whole competition's cards in one go and confirm them in a list.
What happens to our course if it is not in the app?+
We add it. Part of setting the club up is building the full course card from your own scorecard, every tee for men and women, and keeping it right when the course changes.
Can we run competitions?+
Yes. Medals, Stablefords, match play, team formats and side games, with a live leaderboard that members follow on their phones and the club can show on a screen in the bar.
