Barkway Park Golf Course is situated on the outskirts of Hertfordshire in the beautiful village of Barkway. It opened in 1992 and was designed by former LPGA tour player Vivien Saunders. The 18 hole golf course, once known as 'barren' and 'open', has really matured into a true test of golf. The plantations of Oaks and Sycamores are really coming to life, lining the holes and adding to the existing features. This includes the many ditches that meander through the landscape, breaking up the scenary whilst actlng as a challenge to the golfer.
