Pines Course (The Manor House)

Pines is the second longest of our courses, constructed at the turn of the century, the course has now matured into a very attractive and challenging test for golfers of all abilities. Many golfers have commented that the front 9, with its wide fairways and gentle slopes, offers golfers the opportunity to score well, even when they are not playing at their best. Whilst the back 9, with its tall mature tree lined fairways, provide an intimidating propsect that require respect and accuracy to maintain a strong score. <strong>Signature Hole</strong> Pines 4th – 270yds Par 4 – An accurate drive is required on this short but tricky par 4. The drive is uphill, with a narrowing fairway. There are 3 ponds on the right of the hole and large trees left and right, ready to catch any inaccurate shots. A safer option is to take an iron off the tee, leaving a short iron to this long narrow three-tiered green. Please click the image below to see a larger version of the score card.
