Go Active Golf currently has an 18-hole Golf Course and 12-bay floodlit Power Tee automated driving range, offering golfers of all abilities top class facilities and professional coaching. Opened in 1974, Sherdley Park Golf Course is a mature parkland course situated just a 2 minute drive from Junction 7 of the M62 motorway. The undulating course, at 5,912 yards, par 71, demands that golfers plot their way round using skilled course management. After the round, relax in the friendly clubhouse CAFÉ IN THE PARK, which overlooks the 18th hole and reminisce the ‘if onlys’ or simply spectate as fellow golfers play the final hole. The course is open daily from first light until dusk and bookings are accepted from 6.30am midweek and 6.00am at weekends during the summer months (six days in advance).
