Springhead Park Golf Club

The course improvements especially on the drainage has seen the course stay open a lot more over the year which helped members to get year round golf which did not happen before at Springhead. The Clubhouse improvements helped generate a 10% increase in bar revenue this all helps to make the club sustainable as it helps membership costs to stay the most competitive in the area. The financial year end figures have not been finalised however Springhead on its own contributed 21k surplus to Groundwork. This I feel was an extremely good result if you take into consideration we started paying the loan and interest back for the improvements.
