The 9 hole course is an excellent facility for people learning the game or for golfers who just fancy a leisurely 9 holes. Initially a pitch and putt this was extended in 1982 into a longer par 3 course where the longest hole is 230 yards. This is a perfect course for people to begin their golfing career and it is maintained to the same standard as the 18 hole course. There are no bunkers on the course, deliberately to ensure that everyone is able to have fun playing it, the main difficulty is the undulating terrain meaning that you will hardly ever have a level lie to play from.
