Whitwood may only be 30 years old but in its short history it has created a mature, modern-day golf course . The golf course has been designed and constructed as a challenging but rewarding Parkland course. It is 6298 yards, Par72. With its strategic fairways and well positioned greens it presents an enjoyable setup whether you’re a low handicap or beginner. Our footgolf course is the first in Wakefield and is a brilliant 9-hole course that offers great fun for family and friends. There’s no need for special equipment or clothing – simply bring your trainers and play! We are located just two minutes from junction 31 of the M62, near Castleford. So whether you’re looking for a leisurely day of golf or a fun, fast-paced game of footgolf we have the course for you.
