The Chase Golf Club

Set deep in the heart of the beautiful Staffordshire countryside and only 6 miles from the centre of Stafford. Although superbly placed for access to transport links when out on the course you feel miles away from urban area enjoying views across the Wrekin and Clee hills. The Golf course itself is a challenging Par 72 measuring 6738 yards from the back tees. The grounds are maintained by our Course Manager Simon White along with his team of highly skilled green keepers to make sure the course is at its best all year around. The Course was originally built upon sand and gravel allowing fantastic drainage and ensuring play can continue uninterrupted from wet weather conditions 12 months of the year. There is a mixture of tricky par 3’s and testing par 5’s giving the course great variety and making sure all 14 clubs in your bag are utilised. With well-placed hazards and wild rough in place, to catch those wayward tee shots, over confidence can find you off the fairways requiring a tricky shot to get back in play.
